The fountain solution PH value is low and acidic ,while the water ph is about 6, So we can control the PH value of the water tank at 5.2 better,Control the PH value is equal to control the water-ink balance.
When PH is too low(should reduce the amount added): scumming,image weakening,ink drying too slow(set-off),mottle(Ink speck),
Imprinting not solid.
When PH is too high:(should Add amount added):scumming,image weakening,plate etched,Poor abrasion,Tinting ,roller Ink piling
The printing machine water tank`s PH difference value is too high and too low will appear which problems?
